Cons

You must have a willingness to work whatever hours are required to satisfactorily complete your job. Many management personnel have rather explosive tempers and it is reflected to all in Purchasing.

They will justify their behavior and attitude towards you because of the pay. My department as an assembler was lack of everything. Communication, training, and in my personal observation used against you as a stress test to see if you work out. Also, got constantly reminded that “I’m still on work probation”.
