      Pros

      Normally the company can keep people working even when oilfield construction is slow. Safety is a priority with the company.

      Cons

      The pay scale could be higher for the men. When oilfield construction is slow, so is the work for everyone in the company.

      Pros

      Direct supervision and management are there to help and support you.

      Cons

      Upper/corporate management seems to not quite have a handle on everything and appear to be micromanaging everything. No one seems to have clear answers for anything and everyone has a different answer. Company policies are stuck in the 1980’s and are behind industry and contemporaries’ standards.
