No work life balance They do not care about how much you work and consider that as a good thing cz they think there's no life beyond work. They do not care about women's safety or even provide conveyance when women do closing at night. They don't understand the seriousness of it. No one is going to help you out, be the manager or the next or the next. You will be treated differently if you deny to work beyond your work hours as they expect nothing less than you working all day even if you're being paid only for 9 hours. Nothing is pre planned, discussed well with the team or organised and is all extremely prejudiced
