Pros

Competitive compensation, comprehensive health benefits, and a 100% vested 3% safe-harbor 401(k) employer contribution—yours automatically, regardless of personal deferrals.

Cons

Weak Infrastructure: Documentation is practically non-existent. Or it assumes the reader has a lot of POS experience and starts in the middle. Training is severely lacking, meaning you are often left to troubleshoot high-stress system issues entirely on your own with no support. Micromanaged Culture: Very strict, inflexible hybrid schedule. Remote work can only be done Tues-Thurs. Plus, employees must provide heavy justification and prior approval, creating an environment of low trust. Poor Workspace Quality: Office equipment is broken, peeling, and structurally unstable. Desks are cramped with no room for external monitors. Bringing your own ergonomic chair is highly recommended. Facility Issues: Basic building maintenance is neglected—expect freezing water in some restrooms. Overall, the environment feels neglected and outdated.

Pros

Great team, people always happy to help and connect. Industry-leading retail software solutions, lots of opportunities for growth and learning. Senior Management have hands-on technical experience with the product. Job security, good career growth. Good salary, standard in the sector. Decent Benefits, 401k match, fully paid health care premiums...

Cons

The US side is more welcoming and agile than the European side. There are some growing pains, the USA is a still a new market compared to Europe, and some processes are not fully defined or formalized.
