Management and leaders promoted due to lack of alternatives in house. Management belittle and bully. They ask for open and honest and then begrudge your honesty. New culture messages every season, boils down to empty words and no change. Real change needs to take place at all levels of leadership to create the levels of engagement the business strive for.
