Pros
Leadership and management are relatively good at listening and acting on the feedbacks of rank and files when situation permits. Although the communication can be clearer to let people understand what's going on / will happen. Pretty good work life balance with reasonable expectations.
Cons
Things happen slowly, the supporting function such as IT, HR, real estate management are inefficient and operate in a mode for traditional manufacturing business and not suited for ambitious research projects. Situation do improve when it caught leadership's attention but hard to incorporate new things otherwise.
