Despite being around for 70 years this company still has a start-up mentality and needs employees to contribute above and beyond. This can feel rewarding at first, however, the 24/7 engagement can be exhausting.
Cons
The company lacks culture and vision on becoming profitable with leadership revolving annually creating instability. Stress levels are extremely high and daunting challenges of recovering a poorly maintained facilities and equipment. Numbers driven company with people last, they will chew you up and spit you out. Poor work life balance and running too lean on personnel
