      * Operations *Products are great to defend our country

      Cons

      * Swedish Leadership - they don't have a clue how to run a US company * Site Leaders rotation 15 leaders in 12 years?! * Sr Leadership with more than 5 years are just kissing @ss to stay hired * Good leaders that care about the people get fired * I am looking for a job since the 1st week here WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER WORKED FOR

      The overall corporation seems to be a good company that supports and develops its employees.

      There is too much of the "good old boy" system in place at some sites and US corporate offices.
