Recently Hired - Digital Product Manager GL group Employee Review

This is my fourth week working for the GL group and it has been a very positive experience. The organization is supportive, transparent and engaged. In addition, competitive benefits and WOW benefits on top of it all!

I do not have any cons to list

The best thing by far about working for GL group is you have the key to your growth within the company. Leaders care about what your personal growth plans are and help align you with the right mix of experiences, formal training, and mentorship to get you where you want to go! There is no top down management approach, and employees at all levels are given the ability to be involved in key decisions as well as share new ideas regularly. After being here for 7 years, I am still in awe at how much everyone (from the senior management to employees) are truly engaged and connected to our culture. Not something you see in many companies today, and it happens because of the intentional care that goes into hiring, developing, and keeping top talent.

Being an environment of development can lead to at times, fast change. If someone is not excited by change, they may struggle in the culture at times. This is not the type of place that wants to be doing the exact same thing the same way for 20 years. I wouldn't say this is a "con" but I know those who are set in their ways, may not feel comfortable with change.
