terrible management, favoritism, no benefits, empty promises, lack of communication, only reach out when they need you but won't respond to your needs as an employee, do not care about the client's well beings but only numbers,

micro-managed every day, you have 0 autonomy as a "manager", 12 week time off request policy that they end up not reviewing until 1-2 weeks before request they'll just deny, 0 work life balance, you won't get your employee benefits unless you relentlessly reach out to them about enrollment for 401K and health insurance, always say they'll look into it but never actually do until you pester them every day, they don't pay overtime even though you work 9+ hours per day clocking in 50+ hours in a work week, keep records of every single paystub and timesheet bc they will try to deny they withheld any commissions, tips, OT hours until you threaten them with legal action and they'll settle personally, dishonest sales tactics, will straight up lie/withhold info on membership cancellations just for a sign up and then put ppl through a million hoops if they try to cancel. CEO husband/wife duo are the payroll, hr, every department. insufficient training of brand new to the industry nurse injectors, will block anyone's membership status over any dispute/complaint, they have 1 person in charge of membership cancellations so nothing is done in a timely manner. profit over people cash cow farm, overpriced private label skincare line that they ripped off from other companies but will hound on you to sell 3+ products to every single client, clients can tell it's a disorganized mess by employee high turnover and predatory/pushy sales tactics. you can't even take advantage of any employee discounts on services bc all locations are closed the days you're off. save yourself the headache
