Pros
Benefits were awesome. Company pays the full monthly premium of healthcare, 2 weeks vacation, 401(k), paid holidays, cellphone allowance, access to lots of training. I traveled and got to see so many new places and cultures. Also, never had to be a plant guy for more than a few months, so everything was always new for me.
Cons
None really - GLOBAL works a lot with FANUC America - another great company.
