      everyone is expected to do unpaid overtime. horrible leadership. no employees are valued, only companies interest at heart with no care for employees and no trust that employees will get work done unless they are physically in office at all times

We’re sorry to hear that your experience didn’t reflect the culture we strive to create. In particular, we’d like to address the point about overtime. We do not encourage unpaid overtime, and it is not something we expect from our team. While there are occasional periods where client deadlines require additional effort—as is the case in many agencies—these are the exception rather than the norm. We actively encourage our team to maintain a healthy work-life balance and regularly remind people that working late should not become routine. We also recognise that trust and flexibility are important. Our office-first approach is designed to foster collaboration, creativity and learning, particularly within a creative agency environment, rather than to monitor productivity. We believe great ideas come from people working together, while also understanding that flexibility has an important role to play. We know there is always room to improve, and we continue to listen to feedback from our team and evolve how we work. We wish you every success in the future.

On the team size; you're right that we're smaller than we once were, but that's been an intentional decision to sharpen our focus and ensure we're doing our best work in the areas we're strongest. High expectations are part of how we operate and we'd rather be honest about that than not—but we aim to make sure ambition is matched with support and opportunity individuals to progress.
