This is a 100% commission job. Management does not care the least bit about you success. You are a pawn to be used to make them more money. They promise you a lot of things like " You can retire in 5 years" , " You can make millions of dollars". DO NOT FALL FOR THE TRICKS! AVOID THIS COMPANY. Better off working at a fast food restaurant, you will make more money.
