Hiring process consists of a bait and switch where employees are made to think they are being hired for their talent and experience. Once on board it is made very clear to know your place, not to ask questions as it makes others with positions they aren't qualified for feel threatened and to stick to a very simplistic format that is much more suited for a recent high school graduate.
