The tl's do nothing all day but gossip. They now have specialist to take over supervisor responsibilities which leave the supervisors doing whatever they want to do. They say(AVP'S/SVP'S) they have an open door policy but that's bull. You can go to them with concerns and nothing will change. In many cases I've seen workers get treated worse. If you have a life, kids especially, this is not a place for you. They don't work around your schedule. They play favoritism in ALL situations especially when you are trying to advance. This place is horrible and I wouldn't recommend it to a dog. People with knowledge get held back while people who walk around and do nothing all day get promoted.
