Pros
Great benefits. Excellent pay to start. Opportunities for raise based on good performance. Opportunity for quarterly bonuses. Flexible time. Hybrid. Work from home and in the office twice a week. Once every other Friday.
Cons
Lack of mobility. Lack of clear communication between training and leadership. Too much nepotism and sucking up to compete with if you're an outsider who seeks opportunity and works hard for it. Think management and officers lack recognition where it is deserved and not to who sucks up the best. That doesn't motivate people to work hard. Managers aren't available to complete a request when you ask them for one. And some won't take an escalation when you need it. Lack of management support. Always feel like the scapegoat for everything that goes wrong or for mistakes. And when you do make mistakes, some managers won't even acknowledge your requests or you for months. Very childish retaliation behavior.
