Pros
The only pro is that you learn what type of people and culture to avoid in the future. It's a learning experience to say the least. Another is free lunch on occasion. THIS PLACE SHOULD NOT BE IN BUSINESS.
Cons
Management is nothing short of incompetent, toxic, and dishonest. Agreements were never upheld, people are toxic, unhappy, and unable to do their job (for the few that are left). This company will rob you of everything if they get the opportunity and you are not Korean.
