Pros

Good health insurance benefits - but that's it.

Cons

I worked for the company for over a year and have to say that was the worse experience I ever had with a company. Very poor training, you are pretty much thrown into the daily business with over 200 insurance carriers from all over the world, if you make mistakes you will be bombarded with emails from management, instead of teaching you the right way. In my time there dozens of colleagues left the company, Pay is bad, and if you want to get promoted you better know someone. The smartest people I met there left within weeks. There is an ongoing racial thing going on since they are several groups from different nations (Spanish, Germans, Israelis, Finnish, Denmark, etc.). The people are really hateful and I can confirm the comment from another Glassdoor user. If you have an option to work at McDonalds, better go there. This company expects a lot but trains badly. They put you in 24/7 shift even though they tell you to accommodate your wishes. Its not true, they will make you work very hard, Christmas and other Holidays. All good people there are looking for new jobs - management especially in the AD department is unprofessional and there is fights between team leads making everybody uneasy. Stay away from this company if you can!

Pros

The company recognizes hard workers and promotes accordingly

Cons

I don't see this as a con, yet a plus. As the company is large and has many locations, you can be a part of a team you only associate with remotely. So if you're one who needs or enjoys in office/on site camaraderie, this may not be the best fit.
