Pros

The weather is nice in Marin County.

Cons

The general management is the weak link in this company, and the directions they try to implement are confusing and disorganized. Most managers are overpaid and undereducated and have little to non experience in the collision repair industry. Very high turnover rate at this company. All of the talented people with some form of integrity remaining in their bones, left this company before their reputation was completely destroyed. Repeated issues about getting paid on time, and not being compensated for accrued vacation after completing a full year working for them. HR issues not taken serious. (one "upper" manager repeatedly used fowl language including racist words and remarks. The location managers being "asked" to write favorable reviews to improve the chances of hiring new employees. Do yourself a favor and find a job somewhere else!

Pros

The challenges you face will keep you thinking on your feet. You will learn and be good at problem solving at the end of the day.

Cons

Work for GMP if you love challenges. At GMP you will be face with many difficult problem solving tasks that lead to daily headaches and which will become apart of the normal day to day routine. Totally recommend this job if you're a strong individual who is up for a super challenge and can handle the amount of stress this company unload on you along with other responsibilities. GMP is also a fun place to work if you don't need to spend your paycheck right away. Once payday hits, there's also the guessing game to see if the paycheck bounce or not. Don't forget about the additional fees that come with this game if you're one of the lucky one that gets hit with a bad check. If everything sounds good, apply & good luck. Otherwise, stay away. It'll be better for your health and mind.
