- Take care of employees esp. women employees - Pay salary on time even paid during covid - great work life balance
Cons
- No growth in career (once joined you can retire in same position) - No value for your inputs or hard work, as they only value outside consultancies hired for growth plans - Salary hikes are subjective, better be careful. so, best is to join in higher positions and retire.
