Pros
The collective of the company is good. People are nice and accepting.
Cons
The projects we worked on are difficult from a lot of different reasons, but the main one is the fact that most projects are in partnership with Romanian Space Agency. This fact makes completing projects a mess and everyday there's something wrong or not according to guidelines, which makes the workplace stressful.
