Working hour is 9:30 to 5:30 , the only Pros one can think of
Cons
Bad working Environment , Less salary offer , 3 year of bond and 3 month of notice period , Employee having connection with HR or in management are given more Preference in everything (from good projects to appraisal) . Only have one client Nokia. Job Security is zero , Company can lay you off any time they want irrespective of how good your performance is (Person with connection with HR or Management will not face this.)
