Pros
Does what it says on the tin! GoMammoth hires contract refs, provides appropriate online training and support and pays by the hour. Earn some extra money while partaking in a sport you love.
Cons
As the ref's are contractors, there is a lack of consistency, and unfortunately some refs don't look after the kit etc as they would if it were there own. With something like evening social sports, things often go wrong or change last minute but this is not GoMammoth's fault. I have had nothing but good communication and great experiences with all of the office support staff.
