The entire process was unorganized. They have a very unstructured on boarding, training, & process. Their job description says email/chat, but you will be doing live videos , chat, and on consistent que. Think customer service call center environment. Their audit process is also absolutely ridiculous. Every SME/TL has a different process and will cause you to completely fail an audit which will hinder your job. GBP also does not have any room for growth in that particular department. All L2/L3 are in India. If you take this job use it as a resume buster and get out of there!
