Pros
Best thing I learned from goop is that the goop culture and working at lifestyle brands / eCommerce is not for me. So although goop was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a workplace, at least I know a little more about myself and can steer clear from these types of companies.
Cons
- Fear based management - A click of OG bullies - Serious micro-management and lack of leadership - Catty women who throw each other under the bus - Managers who belittle and are condescending due to their own insecurities - So thankful I have moved on to a better work environment and a more challenging opportunity. This place is a joke and all other companies think goop is a joke too. - goop has a big reputation in Los Angeles for being a toxic work environment. I don’t recommend wasting your time here and the time it will take to recover.
