Pros
The only pro I could think of is that since the company is headed by a miser, as an employee you will learn multiple skills due the varios roles you have to fulfill. For example: may be hired for one role but forced into undertaking tasks of an entirely different role. If this is even a pro!
Cons
Burn out is real! You will have to fight/ threaten to resign for promotion & increments. If a counter offer is made, prepare to negotiate because you will most definitely be low-balled. HR's mentality is out with the old and in with the new, wow! So the loyalty of your current employees doesn't matter. Revolving door of new hires. No REAL retainment tactics. CEO is a micromanager and leadership team doesn't have a say in decision making. Toxic culture, focused on menial tactics rather than addressing the core issue. Uncollaborative environment.
