      Work life balance / Flexible work hours No micro management

      Cons

      -No clear career path -No team collabaration etc -Teams are with high degree of attitude -HR do not want to hear any of your concerns related to Compensation or market corrections etc -Line managers are not that capable of managing teams. -They dont care for your career. They do not have career progression and at the same time, teams does not have career progression as well. Its like career is on toss. -Even leadership at Director level, do not much care about the teams and their project allocations etc.

      Great studio Nice workflow by the time the work came to us , we were left to create the video...with minimal interference gave a lot of new college grads a chance to work and create Subject matter experts (Dave and Greg) were always ready to answer technical questions...if they did not know the answer would find out Adam Stedman (then CEO) told me I was "intimidating" so that was fun I am usually called "nice...or a hard worker"

      Covid turned WFH into PTO for some full timers (GP and Client) video training lost steam company purchased by a large holding company "this is going to be great"...they say then the cuts came client closed the studio we were collateral damage it was a fun gig stars below reflect part time no bennies so I could not score higher work/life video production is any 7 any hour it is what it is
