Pros

The training is great and the in-office staff and operations/marketing team were amazing, specifically the Head of Operations who constantly took care of his team and was genuinely a lovely guy.

Cons

The head of CS at the time was truly terrible, organisation and the care for the team was the worst of any company I've ever worked of and from what I've heard people are constantly laid off unexpectedly. I have never felt so uncared for by a team and I couldn't emphasise enough how badly you can be treated as an employee, as a startup some discrepancies were expected, but this level was completely unacceptable.

Disconnected Management, lack of growth and reviews, and lack of professional language in meetings from certain managers.
