A major drawback is the lack of effective management. Favoritism , poor delegation and lack of support for employees are key problems affecting MORAL AND PRODUCTIVITY. High performing employees are often overlooked, while reconstruction is given to those who may not be as deserving. This can lead to frustration and demotivation. Management’s response to the employees concern weather about leadership or general issues, is often dismissive. Complaints tend to be ignored or downplayed, leaving employees feeling undervalued.
