The company operates in a high-pressure environment with demanding workloads / unreasonable out of scope task, requiring employees to manage multiple responsibilities effectively. Unreasonable out of scope task are often assigned from supervisor. Job position offered are not aligned to what was promised during the interview. The legal department is basically in charged by a judgemental senior manager and managed by a useless junior manager (who only care about herself). The senior manager is a control freak while the junior manager is a failed superior who only cares about herself and nothing else, not even your wellbeing as she is busy flattering the senior manager 24/7.
