Pros
There's a lot of talent at GPO, especially those awesome individuals working on the day-to-day client work. Benefits were good, but used to be better. Management talks about forming a great culture. However, talk is all it is.
Cons
Management. GPO has a serious lack of management on a daily basis. Owners are more concerned with growing business instead of cultivating a company that employees can be excited about. The focus on growth makes the day-to-day life difficult and hectic because there's no direction for the client work GPO already has. However, the CEO tries unsuccessfully to micro-manage projects, which causes unnecessary strain on the team. These aspects have made the turnover rate at GPO very high, which makes it difficult to form successful co-worker relationships.
