      It's the Government and has the associated Government perks

      Cons

      Senior Management hasn't got a clue as to what they are doing. They are five years behind the curve from the private sector. Within the last administration a serious effort has been made to contract out software and services.. but the results have cost the taxpayer more than they will ever know.

      In the recent graduate program, you can’t learn/grow/work beyond the assigned grade level, so the work tends to be tedious.
