Management is poor and communication is lacking - Repair Technician GPS Industries Employee Review

The people are great to work with but communication between teams is poor and some of the management just doesn't care. Employees are left to figure everything out on their own and when solutions are found by them, the credit is often taken by someone else higher up or even on a different team. Also not much room to move up.
