Pros
Monitoring and dispatching is a cool job, Nice and supportive team mates. great technology and tools to make to job enjoyable.
Cons
The management cares less about the employees welfare and pay far less than job responsibility thus making the this company a less desirable place to work and less likely to recommend . Here you are pretty much on call besides your regular 7.5 hours and whether you work over night or get called in at odd times, or work overtime or any extra hours worked, you get no overtime pay and no extra incentives at all. conditions attached to bonus make it next to impossible for anyone to get (such as in your first year you cannot be late or miss a day ) even with legitimate reason such as family issue) to get. Any discussion initiated by an employee about pay raise or incentive gets the manager upset and he finds reasons to kick that employee out. you can be here for years with just the same pay rate. if you are looking to excel in a career, you might want to look elsewhere.
