      - Pay is as per market rate to higher end of market rate - Food and snacks every day - Nice office

      Cons

      - Bad systems implemented. Resistance to implement ERP package that is on par with other property owners / investors - Unrealistic workload - Unfair distribution of properties amongst other finance analysts. The measure is not by the number of tenants in the building.

      The pay was probably one of the best things about the job besides their willingness to work around certain things.

      Cons

      I had to quit due to wanting to go to school and not being able to work around my school schedule.
