      None at all. At least none I could find

      Cons

      There's no proper opportunity for learning. Site condition is too bad. No culture of a team meeting was noticed. No proper planning of work. Execution is ok but lack of proper communication among team makes it hard. Not very good place for newcomers to work at.

      Understanding work atmosphere, friendly and supportive management

      Unnecessary pressurised , monitor time of attendance and salary is delayed by several months

      Pros

      After retirement from PSU worked with GPT. Management & working environment was very good.

      Cons

      Lower grade employees was not satisfied due to poor Salary & used to leave frequently.
