      The people with the exception of leadership are very nice to work with.

      Leadership is very toxic and there are no signs of change.

      Pros

      Compared to other accounting firms, Grassi has a family feel. Decent hours and fair compensation. ESOP structure which offers stability and much better than PE owned firms. Very client service focused.

      Cons

      Could grow and expand a bit faster.

      - Nice modern office in Midtown - A lot of summer events - Sometimes can work remotely - ESOP if you're their full-time

      Cons

      - Intern class didn't seem to have any return offers - Medium-sized firm, could potentially buyout to PE or merge
