Random firing sprees, letting go of employees who have worked 4-16 years with them. Management who doesn't want to work there. Location president doesn't even make the executive decisions. No clear communication within all departments. Disappointing trajectory for a career.

They are corporate owned and the new president is a golf club sales man. So you can imagine the the confusion in upper management. The new commercial construction department is being run by two residential guys, so you ca imagine the confusion there. The payroll department person has something going on with the new president soo ya there's that
