Pros
As a software engineer the environment was great. I remember being surrounded by good engineers, a great mentor, latest technologies and best practices. Also I remember having a nice PC and various good friends which I enjoy having lunch and playing games during lunch time.
Cons
At that time I didn't realize it but now I think company leaders and big bosses should have lead the company better. I saw many good engineers leaving. Project schedules were really bad but I was 120% committed to my project (My entire team had to work really late hours to accomplish schedule) and compensation was just near OK. Company is having a bad time recovering and I hope it gets its same power as year 2011.
