      Everyone knew each-other, family like atmosphere.

      Not a professional operation, procedures were not in place to deal with issues. Some employees were offered advancement while others left behind.

      Pros

      You work all over the place. Most of the Forman’s are really helpful. They are all about safety. Willing to work with new hires

      Cons

      They pay is low for the miles you travel. No overtime pay. No perdim. Man hours and quotas. No everyone is treated equal.
