Pros

None that I can think of.

Cons

Recruiters lie through their teeth to get you to take the position. Never hear anything from the main office. Was told trips would be no more than 2 weeks when they are usually 4-6 weeks. Certain employees not required to go on trips. revolving door of employees.

Pros

The company is run by a former engineer. That helps with the understanding of technology challenges. The management provides a beautiful working space for employees and is supportive of telework. The company support education and has a good tuition re-imbursement program. The company may host at least one event for employees annually to help keep moral up.

Cons

Favoritism and top down management leading to toxic work environments for some. Program management and Sr management focused on the voices of its most senior and influential engineers, ignoring the smaller voices on the contract that they oversaw. This lead to favoritism and a toxic work environment for unlucky smaller voices, and those not in the favored clique. Salaries are kept to a minimum. This may also be influenced by the aforementioned.
