Good job if you're just looking for a stable entry-level job in Cove. The interview was fast and easy. I got hired on the spot. When they saw I had multiple years in customer service, I had a third interview for the senior customer representative and got it the same day. You can move up if you get good metrics or just an impersonal person. I've been here for four years. Everyone was like family.

Constantly changing QA policy & Metrics / Switching managers every 6 months / no life outside of work due to constant mandatory over time / no room for advancement & most managers have gotten demoted to regular customer service agents / Fast disciplinary action
