Nepotism failures - Former Full Time Employee GSC Logistics Employee Review

I loved working here. I started as a dock worker and moved up to a processor and then into an office position before the end of my first year with them.

It’s not really a con but if you do decide to move up with all the opportunities they give you, make sure you are ready.As it can go from easygoing to complex and fast-paced where mistakes can costs $$$$

The company is out of business. They laid off everyone without pay in a single day and left lots of people stranded career wise. No warning of potential layoffs. Nothing. Left totally in the dark. If they ever come back, I would not recommend them ever. Horrible, traumatizing, and soul crushing experience. The management clearly does not care about you or anyone else. If they do come back, I would say do not trust a single word they say. Horrible.

Company is closed so thats a major con.
