1. Site Locations are far from cities(a min of 100km) 2. The working culture is regressive. 3. Pay is lesser than other state electricity generation companies. 4. Company is not employee-oriented. 5. HR dept. is not pro-employee. 6. Fixation period, which isn't there in other states.
