Pros

Salaries are high sales advisors getting paid £42,000

Cons

Pay structure is horrenoud some sales advisor on £30,000 whilst others on £42,000 Some lazy managers getting paid £57,000 whilst other hard working managers only getting paid £42,000 same as some sales advisors. Toxic work environment. Do not care about people at all all staff are just numbers. Constantly email bullying from regional managers. Long hours. Expected to work more hours than you get paid for and no overtime pay. Lunch breaks are frowned upon. Saturdays and Bank holidays. No work life balance.

Pros

When management aren’t micromanaging you Some good people on the ground who genuinely try their best.

Cons

I worked at GSF and honestly wouldn’t recommend it to anyone looking for stability, structure, or genuine support. Management is all over the place — decisions change daily, communication is inconsistent, and staff are often left completely in the dark. Instead of investing in their people, they push for unrealistic targets with little to no guidance. There’s a clear lack of training, and when things go wrong, blame is shifted rather than problems being solved. Morale is constantly low because staff feel undervalued and replaceable. It often felt like you were just a number, not a member of a team. Workload is high, staffing is tight, and there’s very little appreciation for the effort you put in. The culture is reactive instead of proactive, and it shows in the daily chaos. There are much better companies out there that actually treat their employees with respect and prioritise growth. Leaving was the best decision I made.
