Pros

I genuinely can’t think of many. Maybe the pay?

Cons

I was not there long and was already checking what my notice period was 3 weeks into my role. When checking the perks they’re very keen to tell you about the EV scheme before you start. On my very first day I emailed HR about the scheme. No reply. 2 weeks later I followed up and asked again. I was sent a link that did not work. I do not think this scheme actually exists. However before you start the role they love to advertise it as a perk. IT was a nightmare too. On my first day I was given a laptop with a dent in it that I could not log into. Every time I wanted to work from home I had to call IT. Calling the work environment ‘toxic’ is an understatement. Basic manners and respect goes out of the window once you agree to work here. Meetings are just people confidently attempting to talk over and being wrong. Rather than focusing on succeeding. There is zero onboarding. Zero. To add insult to injury you will be berated for not knowing things about the business which would typically be shared during an onboarding. The company had no direction and it feels like the frustration is trickled down to the staff.

Pros

Salaries are high sales advisors getting paid £42,000

Cons

Pay structure is horrenoud some sales advisor on £30,000 whilst others on £42,000 Some lazy managers getting paid £57,000 whilst other hard working managers only getting paid £42,000 same as some sales advisors. Toxic work environment. Do not care about people at all all staff are just numbers. Constantly email bullying from regional managers. Long hours. Expected to work more hours than you get paid for and no overtime pay. Lunch breaks are frowned upon. Saturdays and Bank holidays. No work life balance.
