You are always expected to give 110% all the while GSF will try to take advantage of their employees and their residents every chance they get I have had supervisors request “favors” meaning taking care of after hours issues without any compensation. I have had a supervisor request that I hold on to someone’s money order past the third without telling them, then once the third passes we can apply a late fee, then and only then should I contact them to let them know we don’t accept money orders. They told me to do this in an effort to get their balance as high as possible to try to proceed with an eviction. They will try their best to avoid giving raises for as long as they possibly can
