Has the best healthcare benefits packages with one of the lowest contribution cost in the industry. There is a free "tele-doc" service and then all of the regular co-pay options that most companies have, but the co-pay and the employee contribution rates are some of the lowest that I have seen.
Cons
Some of the benefits had to change (and now they cost more) due to the Affordable Care Act. The health plan was restructured, but to the credit of leadership the benefits remained almost the same as before.
