      great welcoming. home-office opportunity. flexible working style/time.

      Cons

      because of home-office, the office environment is lacking. no strict and uniform method of bookkeeping, can be unorganised and cause for errors and extra unnessary work. payment was little cause I finish work fast, have less hours and get less money for being efficient. which is demotivating.
