Pros
The employees tend to be a close knit group. It can be an OK place to work if you don't take things personally, just need a paycheck and can leave your brain at home. It's not for the long term. Turnover is very high.
Cons
There is no career ladder, no promotions, no regular reviews, no raises other than what can be negotiated privately. Creativity and innovation are strongly discouraged. The work can best be described as busy work. The focus is on getting through the day and the projects are designed that way. Everyone's daily duties are very micro-managed. Harassment by management is prevalent. Employees are frequently fired on a whim without cause. The company is very management heavy and rife with graft and corruption. There is no safety program. The facility is under constant threat of shutdown.
